Looking for the Missing Link?

If you've ever wondered how to figure out all of that second cousin and twice removed family lineage stuff here is a pretty thorough guide. I've spent alot of time lately making sure I understand how this works (it's really not as complicated as you'd think) and this link covers most of the explanations I've come across. Just thought somebody might find this useful...

Could you possibly have crammed more puns and word-play into what should have been a very simple title banner for this blog?

Yes, I could have.

Quite frankly, though, I've been so blogged down with other wordy causes lately that I just haven't spun as much time as I'd like to working on all of this. And, yes, I know I get carried away with all the really bad jokes sometimes - so there's no need to web it in.....
If I DID have the time, though, I'd probably have added something along the lines of:

* the blog cabin - waterblogged - the post with the most - caution:beware of blog - a blog eat blog world - outta site - site unseen (probably the most accurate of all the titles) - "Love, At First" Site - Site for Sore Eyes - post haste - post modern - Here Comes Santa Blog Comin' Down Santa Blog Lane - Chestnuts Roasting On An Open Blog - The Banana-Fana-Fo-Fana Blog: 'blog-blog-bo-blog bananafana-fo-flog me-my-mo-mlog BLOOOOOOOOG!' - The Star Spangled Blogger - Stairway To Blog - For Those About To Blog - Frankenblog - Count Dracula's bla-bla-blog - Goldiblog And The Three Bears - Tic-Tac-Blog - Blog is a four-letter-word - CSI: BLOG - On Golden Blog - - Three Blog Night - I,Blog * .....and they continue to spiral downard exponentially from here....remember, you saw 'em here first, folks!

Mein Kintergarten Das Report Kard

To kind of set this up, my full name is Michael Kaiser Wilhelm and as you can imagine I sometimes get some interesting questions about that name.....well, I was looking through my old report cards today and came across something kind of interesting that I can't believe I never noticed before - we were actually being graded on all that schoolwork!!!! HA,HA But seriously, at the school where I attended Kindergarten, the principal's name was actually Mr. Fuehrer! As you can see, I kid you not.....

In what is obviously an acceptable tradition, I too will now share some personal photos... You can click to enlarge these pics to get the full effect of the beauty of this magnificent creature - oh yeah, and the cat too!Mr. Kitty and me - November 2005

This is my completely wild, untamed, stray tomcat - he does not love me, need me, or accept my presence in his world (...unless there's nobody around...).

He used to tag around with the stray female I was feeding (for protection - he'd been hit by a car or something and could hardly walk on his hind legs; even today his tail is all crooked and mangled, looks like a car antennae that's been all bent out of shape). She got pregnant so she went to live with my brother, and the tomcat has been here ever since. For a long time he wouldn't let anybody touch him, but now I can sit on the porch, pat my leg, and he'll jump into my lap just like a puppy would and snuggle up for a nap. He eats quite well, for such an independent animal - cat food, steak, hot dogs, warm milk. He's become so spoiled he actually meowed until I woke up and went outside at like 5 A.M. the other morning - so I could chase away another stray that was picking on him.

He's no Clunkski or Beatrice, but he's mine sort of.....
